It was my privilege to not only work with Frank, but to call him my friend. Every time we shook hands, we would take each other's pulse (much like his Dad would do) we would always joke and tell each other, "strong pulse there!" He was always quick with a joke and lots of fun to be around! I am very sorry I can't be there for his memorial service, but will be thinking of Harriet, Hardy, and the entire family. Rest in peace my friend, Frank!
