Gary Householder Obituary
Gary Hansborough Householder, 76, of Lynchburg, Va., passed away on Sunday, June 5, 2022, at VCU Health Community Memorial Hospital, South Hill, Va.
Born on February 25, 1946, in Winchester, Va, he was the son of the late Boyd Clifton Householder Sr. and the late Ella White Householder. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Carolyn H. Rath and a brother, Robert T. Householder.
Gary is survived by a brother, Boyd C. Householder Jr. and wife, Stephanie, of Nevada, Mo. and a sister-in-law, Wendyjo Householder of Walkertown, N.C. Gary was a long-time member of Thomas Road Baptist Church of Lynchburg, Va., and was known as Liberty University's #1 Fan. If there was a game Gary would be found there. Gary and Dr. Falwell have reunited in Heaven and are probably talking about Liberty's Sports Teams.
Graveside services for Gary will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at Virginia Memorial Park in Forest, Va., with Pastor Jonathan Falwell officiating.

What a precious man. He was LU's #1 FAN. It makes my heart happy to know he is at the feet of Jesus and visiting with our beloved Dr. Falwell. You will be missed!!!!!

Gary was liked by all, kind, friendly, dedicated. He was at every service for TRBC and all Liberty University athletic events and he walked everywhere he went. He has been missed the past several years, but he is finally HOME with his Savior and friend Dr. Jerry Falwell. Heaven has another Angel!
