Hiram Luther "H.L." Smith, Jr. (Hap), 93, of Lynchburg passed away peacefully surrounded by his family Saturday, September 20, 2025 at his residence.
A Celebration of Hap's Life will be conducted at 1 p.m., Saturday, September 27, 2025 in the chapel of Heritage Funeral Service and Crematory by Pastor Harry Wonderland with burial to follow in Fort Hill Memorial Park with Masonic Rites. The family will receive relatives and friends from 11:30 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Heritage Funeral Service and Crematory 427 Graves Mill Road Lynchburg (434) 239-2405 is assisting the family. Memories and thoughts may be shared with the family at www.heritgefuneralandcremation.com
