February 14, 1941 - July 31, 2022
Jane Richardson Martin, 81, passed away on July 31, 2022, after a brief illness. Jane was predeceased by a son, Chris Martin, and is survived by a son, Sam Martin, and a daughter, Beth Martin Faircloth.
In Jane's final years, Beth lovingly spent many hours caring and tending to her mother's needs. Jane leaves behind numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In her last giving act, Jane donated her body to scientific research and training. There will be no service but those wishing to send a memorial contribution should consider Amazement Square Children's Museum or a charity of your choice.

I was sad to hear of Ms. Martins passing. I visited with her often in her last years, and she always had that twinkle in her eye and was quick with a smile. I always wished I had known her in her earlier days. I also came to know Beth and appreciated all she did for her Mother. My thoughts are with the family.

I have known Jane for many years. I worked with her at Medical Care Center and at Centra. She was a hard worker who was efficient and professional. In the last few years, I got to see her when she was at Liberty Ridge Health and Rehab Center where my mother, Jackie Campbell, is also a resident. She always had a smile. May your memories be a blessing.
