I am so thankful for all the fun times, the laughs, the joking around, and even the constant ribbing I shared with Doc over the last 20 some years. He was quite a character with such a quick wit and charm you couldn't help but smile and have a good time when he was around. His ability to put patients or anyone for that matter at ease is a rare gift that endeared him to a tremendous number of people during his career in eye care and his sport endeavors. He was an asset to our community and he can never be replaced. Be proud of him and the legacy he has left through the qualities he instilled in so many young lives. I truly feel laughter was his best medicine and we all need a constant dose of his Rx! I'll miss you Doc...you played your game well!!
