How nice it was to pick Mrs. Kroll up for church & to hear her tell stories of our pastor (Gerald Kroll) & his brothers growing up. She will surely be missed.

We will cherish the memories forever.

For a few years, my mother, Epps Perrow, and Betty were both living at Westminster-Canterbury. I met Betty and became very fond of her. We may have disagreed about about religion--a lot--but her love of all people (and, therefore, of me) was unmistakable and a great comfort. Because, to be honest, I understand that kind of love, too.

So we two, with our different ideas, transcended our ideas and shared a deeper, common bond. And we didn't hide our thoughts from one another.

Dear Betty, I will not forget you.

Dear family, you must know what I mean.

Sincerely,

Kirk Perrow III
