Mimi Addison Obituary
Mimi is survived by her devoted husband, Archie McKinney; her children, Virginia Addison and Brannon Addison; and her cherished grandchildren, Branson Addison, Maxwell Szabad, Danzig Addison, and Freya Burns. Her memory is fondly held by numerous friends within the community.
Preceding her in death are her first daughter, Stacia Ann Addison, and her first husband, Cody.
A memorial service to celebrate Mimi's rich and colorful life will be held on November 17th, 2023, starting at 2 p.m. at Tharp Funeral Home, with visitation to follow.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to St Jude in Mimi's honor.
Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory, Lynchburg, is assisting the family.

My family and I always had a place in our hearts for Mimi and Cody and their family. Guess I knew them since around 1970. Very sad to belatedly learn of Mimi's passing.

I worked for Mimi and Cody at Addison Animal hospital and loved them so much. She was the best boss I have ever had. I'm so sorry to hear of her passing. Praying for you all. May God comfort you all during this time.

I knew Mimi when she was married to Cody through Addison's Vet. Mimi had a wonderful personality and a smile that would light up every room she was present. Everyone was her friend. So sorry to read that she has past, the world is less bright without her. Barbara Pryor
