Mr. Hoskins was a chosen Man, He left a legacy some learned and some still live by. Hard not to think about Him. I have nothing else to say. WC

I wd refer to him as Mr.Hoskins or Brother Hoskins, and he would tell me to call him Dick. He was a mentor & Brother-in-CHRIST for over 23 years. I had the pleasure & privilege of speaking with him & his wife, Ms. Ann, a dozen times over the phone & received his H.R. until he had to give it up. I was blessed to finally, after twenty years, to bring him some fresh flounder, striper, and tog, which he said that he enjoyed immensely. I am blessed that my son met him too, while at V.M.I. I miss him like a close uncle or grandfather. His honesty & unpretentiousness were part of his character's essence. He was the first soul that had similar experiences & opinions, as did I, with organised religion, and searched for the Way, The Truth, & The Life. Time is on our side, as it is with all who Love GOD HIS WORD made flesh.

I learned only today (19 Sept.) of "Dick's" passing earlier this year. I first met him in 1963. I had the pleasure of visiting with him, his wife Ann Sydnor, and his dog Thor. Through him, I met some very interesting people. I worked with him on a campaign. He was what I always thought a Southern Gentleman should be. I must admit that over time our paths went in different directions, but I will always remember with pleasure those hours spent discussing politics and history. My he rest in peace.

I am very sad to learn of Richards passing. He was such a great speaker and man of honor. I love to listen to him speak in videos. Enthralling presentations. Our world is missing something great now but his inspiration will carry on. He is with the Father in Heaven now. May his family find peace and thank you Richard Kelly for all you did and shared with the world.

What a shock to find that Mr Hoskins has passed away. After a decade of correspondence, I was aftaid I may never get to meet the man, the legend and my loss is irretrievable. His books enriched my life and his insights were compelling. We will not see the like of his stature again.
Sincere condolences to the sons and daughtets and grandchildren. God called and Dick answered too soon.

The Gates of Heaven Welcome You!
Let us all Thank God for working in and through him greatly. A great life witness for the true Israel message of the Kingdom. He was a great inspiration for all true Americans, and there should be an enduring legacy. He is in several youtube videos alongside my former head pastor together at America's Promise.
A great Virginian.
I have Great Grandparents also buried in Virginia, who I had visited there, and toured the historical sites. The man was a walking legend, may we keep his memory alive as he joins the forces of heaven, the church Triumphant.

Please accept my deepest sympathies. Dick was a long time friend and I will miss him. He was a fine example of the Old Virginia Gentleman and a steadfast Christian. I have sent a memorial donation in his name to my cousin's Second Chance Animal Refuge Society (S.C.A.R.S.) in Auburn, Kansas. My sincere condolences to the family.
