Ricky Haskins Obituary
Ricky Lee Haskins finally received his new legs at 2:50pm on September 8, 2011 at High Point Regional Hospital. He was born on June 17, 1955 to Curtis and the late Marie Haskins. He graduated from Rustburg High School in 1973 and began his adventures in life.
Ricky leaves to cherish his memory, his father Curtis W. Haskins of Rustburg, VA. He also leaves one devoted daughter and best friend, Andrea Wilson of Greens-
boro, NC and one devoted son James Wilson of Lynchburg, VA. Ricky has one cherished grand-
daughter to share in remembering him as well, Londyn Marie McPhatter of Greensboro, NC. Two loving sisters, Nina Saunders of Concord, VA and Francina Haskins of High Point, NC. Two devoted brothers, Curtis Haskins of Rustburg, VA and Telly Anthony of Greensboro, NC. Ricky also leaves behind his very cherished and devoted brother-in-law, Stanley Saunders (Nina) and cherished and devoted sister-in-law, Cathy Haskins (Curtis).
A funeral service will be held 3:00 PM Monday Sept. 12, 2011 at Silver Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Glover, Pastor, officiating and Rev. Cathy Haskins, as eulogist. The interment will be in the Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 7-8 PM at Davis-Turner Funeral Service and other times at his father's house.
