Ronald Edwin Stinnett, 68, of Lynchburg passed away Monday, September 29, 2025.
Ronnie was born in Lynchburg, VA on December 21, 1956, a son of the late Russell Duval Stinnett and Anna Morgan Stinnett. Ronnie retired as a Registered Nurse with Lynchburg General Hospital.
He is survived by his partner, Anthony "Tony" F. Evans, Jr. of Lynchburg; his sisters-in-law, Mary Anne Stinnett, Arlette Miller, Cheryl Evans, Linda Evans, and Roxie Myny; his son, William Skylar Evans, and granddaughters, Hartley Evans and Taylar Evans.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, October 3, 2025, at Tharp Funeral Home Lynchburg. Chaplain Wayne Lanham will give a few brief words mid-way during the visitation. Interment will be held privately by the family.
