Diane and family, thank you for introducing Richard and me to Anne these many years ago. It was a great pleasure and priviledge to know her. We very much admired her humor and zest for life. She truly was young at heart, and she was one of the most easy-going persons I have ever known. We will miss seeing her on her annual treks to Texas. I really only knew your mother from the E-mails we shared, but I feel as if I've lost a dear friend. I looked forward to seeing her name in my in box, it was fun getting a letter or "stuff" from her.
She was married to my cousin Manuel. Though I met her only one or two times at a wedding a while ago I feel as if we were friends.
She sent pictures and loving letters about all of you and your children when anything would happen in your lives.
You have my deepest sympathy. My thoughts and prayers are with you in the time of grief.
