Cameron, Jessica and Inga. Visiting Wednesday 2-4pm and 7-9pm, Cassidy Funeral Home, 156 Willis Ave., Mineola. Funeral Mass Thursday St. Aidan's Church 10am. Interment Queen of Peace Cemetery, Old Westbury. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Barbara and Arthur Gianelli Scholarship Fund at St. John's University.

So very sorry to learn of my cousin Art´s passing. I have such happy memories of him and Rossi and the rest of the cousins at Grandma Verrastro´s house. May God in his tender mercy give you comfort at this sad time.

Dear Arthur & Scott & Gianelli Family - I´m so very sorry today to learn of the recent passing of your father. I wanted to tell you how kind he was to me when I was first married- I lived in the house that belonged to Aunt Flo & Uncle Art on Highland Drive in Waterbury. Your dad facilitated my being able to live there & I was so grateful. My son Roger & daughter Bernadette were both born while we were living there and we had the best neighbors! Flo was my grandmother Josephine´s sister & my father was Peter Fox. Your dad also helped my eldest daughter Morgen when she was looking at colleges in NYC. And Barbara always encouraged me in my chosen career path of nursing! I thank them for their kindness & their generosity touched my life. After my dads passing in 2021 I remember your father was so kind to my mom. And I remember my dad telling me of your moms passing. Your family is in my prayers. I know the angels were there to welcome him home. Sending all of you my love.
