Betty Reddy

Reddy - Betty R., of Greenlawn on March 28, 2025, at 97 years of age. Betty was a talented seamstress known for her needlework and knitting. She had a strong faith and was a fixture at St. Paul's Lutheran Church where she worked and served on many committees. She enjoyed summering at the family cottage on Little Bear Pond in Maine. Betty was predeceased by both of her husbands, Carl Kretzer and Daniel

Reddy; and her long-time companion, Harvey Knopf. The beloved mother of Daniel (Jean), William (Lynne), Jonathan (Nancy), Karen (Barry), and Susan (Elias). Cherished grandmother of Kyle, Melanie, William, Paul, Mark, Daniel, Emily, George, and Nikolas. Treasured great-grandmother of six. Visitation Tuesday, from 4-8pm at Brueggemann Funeral Home, 522 Larkfield Road, East Northport. Funeral Service Wednesday, 10am at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, East Northport.
