Such a sweet woman. I knew her from my many yrs at the 5th Pct where she worked. She surely was one of our precinct family. She was a regular at our precinct Christmas party and retirement parties. Often times shed come in with her home baked cookies. Shed always had a dish for the 32 room. Her biscotti were the best I ever tasted. JH from Florida said it best. Rest In Peace Catherine, you will be missed.

What a nice lady. One of a kind. Over the many years at the 5th Pct in Elmont she often times would bring in her home baked Biscotti Regina Italian cookies. They were simply the best. God speed Catherine on this new journey. Bring some cookies for St Peter your sure to get 1st class accommodations.
