We all miss you so much....I cant believe its been a year today. That day will be forever etched in my thoughts like a bad dream and brings pain and tears to my eyes....As you continue to watch over your babies, I hope you know you did an amazing job and they love you for the wonderful dad that you were and so do I. You were an loving husband, son and father and you will forever be in our hearts.....

Dan was the best damn Lacrosse goalie I have ever seen. He was Fearless in net. He was the first starting Goalie in St. Andrews lacrosse history as a freshman. I was recruited as a goalie from Huntington and met with Dan on the first day on campus. I didnt tell anyone, but i knew as soon as i realized he was at St Andrews too, I promptly switched positions to Defense. I didnt want to be his back-up as I knew I had no chance to start unless he transferred. So he helped me with my transition to Defense and that got me on the field and in the game. He had a great and true heart and was always smiling. We became close friends along with Tommy Knight and Kevin Mcgaw. Halfway through our first semester we all put our beds on bunks in one room and used the other room as a lounge. It Famously became known as the LAX Lounge. It is a memory I will cherish forever. I can clearly see Dan was as good a Father as he was as Friend. Rest in Peace

My brother and I were childhood friends of his. We lived across the street and it was so simple then... you were invincible because you knew you were going to live forever!!! I am very sorry to learn that Danny is now gone of this earth at such an early age! He will be missed! My condolences to his immediate and extended family!

Laura -- My heart breaks for you all! I was blessed to meet a great man who was 'ALWAYS' so pleasant to be around! Such a contagious smile and laughter. He will definitely be missed. I will forever keep you and your wonderful family in my prayers. Gods strength and comfort to you all!

We were so fortunate to get to know Dan while he and his family lived in Kittery. He was such a great guy. We are so deeply saddened by his sudden passing. Our deepest sympathy goes out to Laura, the kids and all of Dan's family. May all your wonderful memories with him help to ease your pain. He will always be with you. Love, The Lamoureux Family
