Daniel Pliskin

PLISKIN - Daniel G., (Danny), 87 years young, passed away peacefully on March 16, 2016. A longtime resident of Oceanside, NY. Daniel's love will live on through his wife of 64 years, Joyce, his son Paul, his granddaughter Fiamma, his great-granddaughter Amiyah and his daughter-in-law Ruth as well as a multitude of loving family and friends. Danny was predeceased by his daughter, Amy. After attaining several advanced degrees in engineering and business, Danny retired from an executive position with Grumman, having made significant contributions to the aerospace industry over the course of his career. A memorial service to celebrate Danny's life will be held on Sunday, April 3rd at 2 p.m. at Gutterman's Funeral Home, 175 N. Long Beach Road, Rockville Centre, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to your preferred charity.
