Emily, Kelsey, Ryan, Katie, Jack, and Grace. Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 1, from 2-4 and 7-9pm at C.S. Bartholomew & Son, Inc., 302 S. Bedford Ave., Bellmore. Interment to follow Thursday, October 2, 11am, at Pinelawn Memorial Park, Farmingdale. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Grace Lutheran Church, 1294 Bellmore Ave., North Bellmore, NY 11710. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Clair S. Bartholomew & Son, Inc.
