Although I did not know Florence, I am keenly interested in making a connection with any STARRS family members who survived her and have an interest in the genealogy for the STARRS family tree. Over the years I have been in touch with many STARRS in many states and countries. Even a brief contact by email or phone (520.795.8284) would be welcomed. Thank you.
