Alice. Loving father of Charles

(Monique), Richard (Laura), Alison Iglesias (Lou), and the late Frank. Cherished grandfather of Kevin (Lauren), Frank (Chelsea), Kelly, Griffin, Christopher, Ethan, Brooke, and Isabella. Adored brother of Anne and his predeceased siblings, Jack and Patricia. Proud US Navy Korean War Veteran. Dedicated his life to the FDNY for 36 years, rising to the rank of Deputy Chief and retiring as the 14th Division Commander. His happiest moments were spent with family and friends. He was a kind, loving, and generous man who will be greatly missed. Family will receive friends Saturday, 4 pm – 7 pm, and Sunday, 2 pm - 4 pm and 6 pm – 8 pm, at the Charles J. O'Shea Funeral Homes, 2515 N. Jerusalem Rd. (Exit 25N SS PKWY), East Meadow, NY. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, 9:45 am, at St. Raphael R.C. Church in East Meadow, NY.
