Harry Osojnak Obituary

OSOJNAK - Harry J., of Mt. Gretna Pennsylvania, and formerly a long time resident of Clearview Village in Syosset Long Island, passed away peacefully in hospice care at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lebanon, PA, after a short illness. He is survived by his life-long companion in marriage, Tilda Tassi Osojnak, who taught foreign languages at Syosset High School for many years before her retirement. Serving with distinction in the United States Army in combat in Germany during World War II, Harry earned the rank of Staff Sergeant and was awarded the Bronze Star. Services will be private. My deepest sympathy to you, Mrs. Osojnak, at this sad time. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Actually, I had been thinking of you since our high school reunion last year, wondering how you are and wishing I knew how to contact you. You made a lasting impression on my life, and I have wanted to thank you for that. I have also thought of you many times on our trips to Italy.
I send you good thoughts and best wishes.
Sincerely,
Andrea (Vorperian) Maga
