I was sorry to recently becoming aware of Herb's passing. Herb and myself attended Wake Forest University together and were in the same fraternity (Theta Chi) and shared many great times. Years ago while living in NJ myself and working in NYC for AT&T, Herb and myself met and shared some great memories we had together.

Christopher,Meghan and Ashley,
I have just recently been made aware of your father´s passing and wanted to offer my condolences. Although we have never met, when Herb spoke on the phone he would always talk about his children and grandchildren. Herb and I were best friends in high school. We were on the varsity basketball team together, were golf partners and both caddied at the Crescent Club for many years. When the Christmas card we sent to him was returned yesterday, we didn´t have a good feeling. I will always have fond memories of our youth together.
