Juliette was also blessed with five great-grandchildren, Nathaniel, Navita, Natalia, Naomi, and Noah. A faithful Catholic, who married her devoted husband of Jewish faith, got written permission from the Pope to get married on the altar of her Catholic church, reflecting the loyalty she held to her faith as well as her husband, Daniel. Juliette and Daniel were married on October 23, 1966. For 58 years, her husband quotes what he looked forward to most every day was coming home to her. Juliette led a life rich in creativity and love. She found joy in making crafts and baking, particularly her famous Italian Knots and delectable cheesecakes. Her grandchildren often accompanied her to craft fairs, where she displayed and sold her handmade creations. Juliette's home was a haven for family gatherings, where her warmth and delicious baked goods made every occasion special. Known affectionately as "Grandma," she raised the bar for sleepovers, fostering a deep love for crafting and baking in her grandchildren. She held various positions throughout her early career, including American Express and Social Security, where she met her husband, Daniel. After marriage, she dedicated herself to raising her daughters. Later, she thrived in her role at a daycare, where she nurtured and cared for children, embodying her lifelong passion for family and ultimately becoming an incredible grandmother. Juliette's favorite place was anywhere her grandchildren gathered, where laughter and love abounded, whether at her house, Point Pleasant, Chuck-E-Cheese, theater plays, Friendly's, the Holtsville Ecology Center, or on one of the many trips taken to Disney. Her contributions to her family and community, including her dedication to charities like
St. Jude’s and
Wounded Warriors, reflected her generous spirit. In all her endeavors, Juliette lived by the motto, "This too shall pass," a testament to her resilience and positive outlook on life.
