Kathleen M. Doran

Doran - Kathleen M. (nee Cleary), of Farmingdale NY, went home to Jesus on January 29, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Joseph M. Doran. Loving mother of the late Joseph (Patricia), Colleen (Scott), Erin (John), Mary (Joseph), Sheila (Gary). Proud and cherished grandmother of 12, great-grandmother of seven. Loving sister of Robert Cleary and the late John and Madeline Cleary; sister-in-law of Bill and Mary Doran. Kay was devoted to her family and her faith. She was a proud parishioner of St. James RC Church, where she was a Eucharistic Minister for many years, volunteered in the Religious Education Office, member of the Legion of Mary and the Rosary Society. Celebration of her life at Frederick J. Chapey & Sons Funeral Home Bethpage, Wednesday, 3-5 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass St. James RC Church, 80 Hicksville Road, Seaford, Thursday, at 10:30 am. Interment St.Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Kay's favorite charities, American Parkinson's Association and the Friar Suppliers of Lindenhurst.
