I can't even begin to express the words necessary to reflect the feelings I felt when hearing of Matthew's passing. I guess I felt it was just mandatory that such a person as Matthew would continue a life of fulfillment, for his own gratification as well as the for the people closest to him. I meet Matthew at the age of 15, in year 1996 and can say he became an immediate friend with a great personality, unfortunately as time progressed into adulthood we gradually drifted apart. However, in the back of my mind I always thought perhaps one day, I would be able to rediscover my friend, and when I found out that will no longer be possible, a deep sense of sadness penetrated my inner- spirit. I send my hopes and condolences to Matthew's family towards finding tranquility after such an event. We are all stars in the faith of the sky, Matthew found his faith, and I know he is shining down on all of us.
