I am very sorry for your loss. Mr Polner was a friend of my father, Jim Munves, who always enjoyed his company. Jim died last year at 96. RIP Mr. Polner

Mr. Polner was one of the most brilliant and engaging professors I was fortunate to have. He was warm, witty and deeply committed to justice and the search for truth.
I was proud and honored to produce some artwork for Present Tense during his tenure in the 80s. His death is a loss for his family, friends, and those he touched through his work. Of Murray Polner it can be truly said, "he was one of the good ones."
