A great doctor and man. He saved my life at 7 years old, that will be 20 years ago. Words can't express my gratitude for him and what he'd done for me. My prayers and condolences to his family.

We will be forever grateful to have known such a man as Dr.Fort. His gentle grandfatherly care was a source of comfort to our son. We are truly sad to learn of his passing. Our heartfelt condolences to his family. He will be missed but never forgotten!

Dr. Fort was my son's endocrinologist for 22 years. He was a great doctor and an incredible person and we are so sad to hear of his passing. During my son's appointments, Dr. Fort's patience,soft spoken words and his sincere mannerisms made my son feel very comfortable and I appreciated that so very much. May his family take comfort in knowing how much Dr. Fort was loved by his patients and their family members and may he rest in peace.

Dr fort was my sons doctor for so many years he was the best.we had a blind faith on him as my sons doctor he was so friendly on every visit so polite wonderfull person Ian so sad today for this big lost for every patient he was treating dr fort we will never forget you.May God give you place in heaven.

Dr. Fort was one of the most caring and patient doctors I have ever met. He took the time to answer all of our questions and never made us feel rushed. Most importantly, he treated my son with respect and kindness. We will really miss him. His family is in our thoughts and prayers.

How saddened we were today to learn of Dr. Fort's sudden passing. My son was so fortunate to be under his care for 8 years. We are both very grateful for the warmth, compassion, and encouragement he always showed. Our sincerest condolences to his family, colleagues, and many fortunate patients.

Dr. Fort was a wonderful gentleman and a terrific doctor. He was truly one of a kind and my daughter was blessed to be under his care for the last 4 years. He will be sorely missed. God rest his soul and bless his family.

My son has been a patient for a few years and I was so shocked to hear this sad news while confirming an appointment. Dr. Fort took great care of my son, he was a such a kind man, a wonderful doctor and he will be missed.
