Roney Matthew Watts, age 33 of Connersville, passed away on March 2, 2022 at his home. He was born in Oxford, OH on May 19, 1988, the son of Benjamin G. Watts and Sherri Hamilton Avant.
Roney has worked for area factories and had worked in construction. He loved to hunt, fish, and playing basketball. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by father, Benjamin Watts; mother and stepfather Sherri and Don Avant; the love of his life and mother to his children, Jennifer Griffin; his children Olivia Watts and Samantha Watts; brother, Brandon Watts; stepbrother Ricky Pierce; sister Terra Watts; half-sister, Megan Watts; stepsister, Jessica Moore; and maternal grandparents, Joe and Penny Hamilton.
He is preceded by paternal grandparents, Eddie and Cheryl Watts and his stepmother, Missy Watts.
Visitation for Roney will be on Monday March 7, 2022 at Urban Winkler Funeral Home, 513 W 8th Street, Connersville, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm with Rev. Randy Sherwood officiating.
