Annice Eaton Obituary

Annice Lee White Eaton, 84, of Panama City, FL went home to be with our heavenly Father on Jan. 13, 2012.

She was born in Omaha, NE, and was raised in Plattsmouth, NE. After World War II, she married her high school sweet-heart, Wilbur Henry Eaton. She was a devout woman, wife, mother & friend, who gave her best to all of the numerous activities in which she was involved throughout her life. The family traveled with the military for years before retiring in Panama City 41 years ago.

She was always involved with her children from home-room mother, to Girl Scout & Cub Scout Leader. She loved working as a realtor for 30 years and she enjoyed working with plants, making crafts, spending time on Shell Island collecting shells. She was always on the go & never wanted to miss out on anything. She loved dining out and socializing with friends and family. She was a proud member of the Forest Park Methodist Church & loved her church family.

She was preceded in death by her spouse of 36 years, Wilbur Henry Eaton; parents, Guy & Clara White; infant son, Wilbur S. Eaton, grandson Mark Dallas & sister, Phoebe Reddin.

She is survived by 6 children; Chuck (Patty) Eaton of Tucson, AZ; Barbara E Dallas, Debbra L Eaton Birch, Susie E Little, Cindy E Ratliff (Sebe) & Eddie Eaton all of Panama City; 11 grandchildren & 12 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday at the Forest Park United Methodist Church with Dr. John Friedman officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 1 – 2 p.m. prior to the service. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
