Chad Craig Obituary


Mr. Chad Dale Craig, 36, of Panama City Beach, Fla., died Sunday, Jan. 9, 2011, at his home.

He spent most of his childhood in Dublin, Ga., before moving to Panama City, Fla., in 1986. He attended Mosley High School before entering into the paper industry.

He is survived by his father: Larry Craig; one son, Elijah Craig; three sisters, Tamara Brown and husband, Eric, Taronza Craig and fiancé, Sean O'Quinn, and Melissa Weaver; and one brother, Chase Craig.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Gayle Craig Beasley.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. EST Saturday, Jan. 15, 2011, at Memorial Gardens in Dublin, Ga. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 13, 2011, at Heritage Funeral Home.

I don't have many memories of people that go back as far as I remember you. We haven't been in touch as much since we've been grown, but I'll always remember you as one of the good ones. I hated to hear this week that your time was cut short, but I'm glad for the life you had and that you are in a better place. You were one of the coolest people I've ever known.
