Funeral Services will be 2 p.m., Friday, Jan. 5, 2018 at McQueen's Temple, Vernon, with Rev. Willie Brown, officiating. Internment in St. Luke Cemetery with Cooper Funeral Home, Chipley, FL, directing. Remains will lie in repose one hour prior to services.
Survivors include husband: Melvin Douglas; daughter: Dawana Douglas, both of Vernon; son: Reginald Peterson, Peoria, IL; siblings: Pastor Priscilla (Bish. Randy) Williams, Panama City, Rev. Richard (Gloria) Peterson, Rev. Joseph (Winnie) Peterson, Mary (Henry) Smith, Betty (Willie Jr.) Brown, Helen (Carl) Hogans, all of Vernon, Amos (Emma) Peterson, Cottondale, and Sallie (Henry) Campbell, San Antonio, TX; mother-in-law: Johnell Andrews, Ebro; along with other relatives & friends.
