Ivan Trusler Obituary
A musical celebration to the glory of God in his honor will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 31, 2008, at St. Andrew Episcopal Church with Father Tom Weller and Father Roy McLuen officiating.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Ivan's name may be made to the Holy Nativity Episcopal School Scholarship Fund, 222 N. Bonita Ave., Panama City, FL 32401.

I am saddened to hear of his passing. I was a student of his at BGSU from '83 to '85 when he retired. I still remember counting off to 50 every time we got on the bus during our European tour with the Collegiate Chorale. Wonderful memories of a wonderful man.

I offer my deepest sympathies upon Dr. Trusler's passing. I was one of hundreds who studied conducting and choral technique's with Dr. Trusler at BGSU. I thank him for his service to the students and College of Music at BG. He will be missed.
