Stewart Lyle Obituary
He was preceded in death by his parents, Stewart L. Lyle and Dorothy Lyle.
He is survived by his sister, Lynn O'Hara; his brother, Bobby Lyle; the mother of his children, Nancy Mack; his children, Mark Lyle and wife Darla, Timothy Lyle, Matthew Lyle, Sr., and wife Edwina, Michael Lyle and wife Linda, and Phillip Lyle and wife Tonya; his grandchildren, Lindsay, Patricia, Matthew, Jr., James, Lyndsy, Dusty, Montana, Steven, and McKenzie; his great-grandchildren, Payton, Kaydence, Taytum, Zackary, Ashton, Megan, Carson, Addison, and Zack; and many friends and family.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. E.S.T. Tuesday at the Highland View Baptist Church, conducted by the Rev. Glen Davis and the Rev. Tommy Dwyer.

How could i ever forget how my mother,Lillian and dad Howard Canington, helped you and Nancy. You were great neighbors and good friends. Mother and Dad never forgot you. Sorry to hear of Yank's passing. Accept our prayers & condolences.

So Sorry to hear about YANK. He was a dear friend and will be greatly missed by all. We remember all the good times around the docks at Raffield's. Also him droping by the house in Southport for a mess of Shrimp.He was a Great guy. Our Prayers go out to the Family.

Sure will miss Uncle Yank... Wish we could have hunted one more year in Womack creek. We have been planning this years hunt for months. "The 13 days in hell" The camp will never be the same with out him.
