Agnes Begani Obituary
She was born September 25, 1913 at Minersville, a daughter of the late Peter and Agens Balonia Yusuts.
She was the widow of the late Albert Fritz and William Begani. She was also preceded in death by two sons, Albert Fritz and George Fritz; a brother, Peter Yustus; and two sisters, Anna Staovinsky and Monica Rowe.
She was a 1930 graduate of the former Porter-Tower High School; had been employed as an L.P.N. for many years in East Orange, NJ; was a member of Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church and the former owner of Agie's Cafe.
Surviving are a daughter, Cynthia A. Minnich, Lykens; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren.
Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Saturday, Nov. 26, at Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic church, with Father C. Anthony Miller as celebrant. Interment was in Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Cemetery, Williamstown.
Memorial contributions may be made to Humane Society of Harrisburg Area, 7790 Grayson Rd., Harrisburg, PA 17105.
John R. Shultz Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
