Julia Goodman Obituary
Born in Marion Heights, Feb. 17, 1926, she was a daughter of the late John and Margaret (Cutler) Hutchko.
Julia graduated from Kulpmont High School in 1944.
She was married to the late Irvin Goodman, who preceded her in death Jan. 16, 1988. She was a homemaker.
She was a member of the Patronage of the Mother of God Church, Marion Heights.
Surviving are a brother, Joseph Hutchko, of Edison, N.J., nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by six sisters, Anna Guntz, Mary Lyons, Verna Johns, Helen Fasolka, Catherine Nasatka and Mildred Rutkoski, and two brothers, John and Michael Hutchko.

GOODMAN — Julia Goodman, 87, formerly of 117 W. Warsaw St., Marion Heights. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Patronage of Mother of God Church, 155 Melrose St., Marion Heights, with the Rev. Ruslan Romanyuk officiating. Burial will be in Patronage of Mother of God Cemetery, Marion Heights. Viewing will be held from 9 to 10:15 a.m. Saturday, with Parastas at 10 a.m., at C.J. Lucas Funeral Home Inc., 1053 Chestnut St., Kulpmont, C.J. Lucas, supervisor. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Patronage of Mother of God Church, c/o Transfiguration Church, 303 N. Shamokin St., Shamokin 17872.
