Eric Pendergrass Obituary
Eric's contagious smile entered this world Jan. 22, 1982, to Alton and Joyce Pendergrass in Great Falls, Mont. He was the youngest brother to Michael, Andre, Alton and Camile.
He began his legacy in Fairbanks in 1982. He met his wife, Talitha, in 2006. He was an amazing son, husband, father and community citizen. He enjoyed writing, performing and producing music. He also enjoyed coaching the teams of his five children.
He is survived by his parents and siblings; wife, Talitha; children, Unique, Envyi, Nevaeh, Eric Jr. and Mufasa-Jerome; five uncles; and a countless amount of nieces, nephews and cousins. He will be missed dearly and his legacy will continue to shine through those who loved him.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Monday, March 17, at Chapel of Chimes Funeral Home.

Eric was in my math class so many years ago. He was always full of fun but very respectful. I had mixed emotions when reading his obituary, such joy knowing he had grown into such a fine man and deep sorrow that his life was so very short. My prayers are with his family.

I was so shocked and heart broken to hear of Eric's passing, Joyce and family. I grew up with Eric, he was my neighbor for years. I got to know his mom and family, they are such good people. Eric, my brother Jay and I spent a lot of summer days and nights playing ball on 23rd. Eric was always clownin and joking around, his smile and laugh was so infectious. Even though I haven't seen or talked to him in years, him and his family has always been dear to me. I will never forget you Eric, I will keep you all in my prayers. May God Bless his wife, his children, mom, dad, siblings, niceces, nephews, and the rest of his family and friends. Rest in Peace Eric.
