Jonathan Raster Obituary
Jonathan was born on March 5, 1992, in Redding, California, and had lived in Alaska for the past 19 years. Jonathan worked as a short order cook and construction in concrete. He was a big, lovable boy who loved his family and his five girls. He was a good son and daddy. Jonathan was always ready to help anyone in need even when he didn't have much himself. He graduated high school with a GED in 2010. He loved to cook and was good at it.
Jonathan is survived by his parents, Katherine (Haskins) and Glenn Raster of French Gulf, California; sister, Tiffany Raster of Fairbanks; daughters, Aurora Ann, Cali Mae Raster, Kindle Elaine Raster and Layla Harding, all of Fairbanks; stepdaughter, Mary Jane of Fairbanks; niece, Brittany Reynolds of North Pole; great-niece, Catalina Ramos of North Pole; great-nephews, Deshawn and Marcus Walker of Fairbanks; grandma, Eleanor Saylor of Yuma, Arizona; granny, Faye Haskins of Redding, California; and uncle, Jason Raster of Yuma, Arizona. He was preceded in death by his Grandpa Jay, Grandpa Jack, and Aunt Verda.
There are no services, and his ashes will be laid to rest in California.
The family would like to thank Blanchard Family Funeral Home for all their assistance in our time of need. Rest in peace, son.
