Our beloved Linda went to be with the Lord on July 15, 2021.
Linda was born Dec. 13, 1962, to Jemima and Isaac Fields Sr. of Fort Yukon.
Linda was a generous, loving, kind, hardworking mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She had an open door policy and always welcomed family and friends any time of the day or night. She was endlessly available to provide a warm shoulder and listened without judgment.
Linda was so thankful for her sons, who are avid hunters. They always provided her with the traditional subsistence foods that she enjoyed. Linda was constantly there for her grandchildren whom she provided for in exchange for their happiness and love. She will undoubtedly be watching over all her family and loved ones from heaven.
Linda is survived by her children, Wade (Corrina), Vivian and Collin Fields; lifelong companion, Alfred Peter; sister, Bertha (Melvin); brothers, Brewster (Delma) and Wilfred (Audrey); grandchildren, Tanisha, Ayden, Ava, Aria and Paige; goddaughter, Mindy Strom; favorite niece, Arlene Peter; good friends, Maureen Jonas and Velma Carroll; as well as numerous extended family and friends.
