Makeag Malone Obituary

Makeag Daniel Malone passed away in his sleep Monday, Nov. 6.

He was a friend to everyone he met; a very social person who enjoyed a good time. He was a graduate of West Valley High School and had an associate degree in project management from the University of Alaska Fairbanks.

He was a creative man who could look at something and see how it was or should be made. He loved pottery, drafting, gardening, his dog, woodworking, and outdoor activities. He looked like an Alaskan and was very proud to be an Alaskan.

He is survived by his parents, Karen and Tom Malone; his brothers, Shane (NaTosha) and Taige (Sara); sister, Meghan; nephews, Cavan, Kian and Gaelen; niece, Makaylin; and grandmother, Elizabeth Truby.

We would love to have all his those who knew Makeag join the family for be a memorial picnic held next summer in memory of his life. We can share stories and catch up with friends whose lives were touched by Makeag.

We were blessed for 41 years by having Makeag with us but God felt he had to come to him, where Makeag is at peace.
