Matthew Feichtl Obituary
Matt did not have a lot of material possessions, but he was always willing to share what he had with those in need. He had a caring heart and loved every animal he encountered.
An outdoor celebration of life is planned for Aug. 20, 2022, at 6 p.m. on the Fiechtl homestead at 2453 Green Acres Drive in Fairbanks with a bonfire (burn bans permitting). We will celebrate the things Matt loved, like bonfires, guitars, friends, his dog, his home and Alaska. Matt's ashes will be spread so he will be forever at peace with the land and those he loved.

Matt was in my classes through much of Elementary school. He always wore big club-kid pants and had a bowl cut then. I remember some fun things that I´m not sure would make much sense out of context, mostly in music and math class (especially his funny frustration when asked to help demonstrate a calculator was faster than if you could do math in your head.)

Tom, and Linda and Anya and Peter i'm sorry to hear this news of Matt's passing. I remember when the kids were young and they would accompany Linda sometime when she would be picking up their dad from work at Northland Hub. Offering my sincere condolences for your family's loss.
