Clinton Kurtz Obituary
December 16, 1938 - January 5, 2026
Clinton D. Kurtz, age 87 of Norwood Young America passed away Monday January 5, 2026 at The Haven in Norwood Young America. Former owner/president of Citizen State Bank in Norwood Young America.
Funeral 11 a.m., Saturday, January 10, 2026 at Church Of Peace (424 Franklin Street N.) in Norwood Young America with Rev. Dale Inman as officiant. Visitation held AT THE CHURCH Saturday from 9 a.m. until the time of the service. Interment in the Forest Hill Cemetery. Livestream will be available at: https://www.facebook.com/churchofpeacenya/
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
Clint is preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Irene Kurtz; daughter, Susan Kurtz; sisters, Beverly Slotten, Rosemary Hagen; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Norman and Louise Nelson; brothers-in-law, George Schaffhausen, Chuck Nelson, Ken Nelson.
Clint is survived by his loving family: wife Pat Kurtz; sons, Tom (Pam) Kurtz of Waconia, Steve (Kim) Kurtz of Hamburg; grandchildren, Cortney (Luke) Minger, Katherine Kurtz, Kylie Kurtz (special friend: Zack Hughes), Ryan Kurtz, Kendra Kurtz, Andrew Kurtz; great-grandchildren, Teddy and Charlie Minger; sister, Jocyelyn Schaffhausen; sisters-in-law, and brothers-in-law, Virginia and Lynn Marr, Larry and Corinne Nelson, Russ Slotten, Art Hagen; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
