Anne was one of the best friends I have ever had. She visited me nearly every day while she was walking her dog, Sadie, who she loved with all her heart. She was a Christian lady who loved Jesus with all her heart. She volunteered for and did lots of things for the church. She cooked lots of meals and invited lots of people over to eat. I was her friend while she was living, and we helped each other a lot, enjoying each others company, sitting on the front porch together, talking. We just had a good time when she came over. We did some crafts together, painted some ceramics together. She did really beautiful work in whatever she did. I loved Anne Keech with all my heart!! I look around my house and see so many things she gave me that she had made for me. I will always cherish them, and she will always be in my heart.

I meet her three years ago, right before I became her neighbor and friend....... ,The stories I could tell.........but just to let you know....her favorite meal at Andys...,,chilly cheese fries...,,,Bojangles....country ham biscuits...... one one of our trips to Plymouth....I shared with her something from my youth.....,,,,,,Cherry Cokes from Wombles Drug Store....,,,I was so excited to know they still had them........even though they were not uptown anymore...she loved going to Roses in Plymouth...one of her favorite foods was the mock chicken manicotti.....she also loved pork chop and gravy biscuits from Hardee's..... Shrimp was her favorite seafood......I so enjoyed our time together and the road trips......,She was a kind person and certainly had a mind of her own.........Her
love for her son, grandson and great grandson never wavered........ I lost a dear friend and neighbor.........my selfish side mourns her daily presence.... I loved her......didn't always see eye to eye.....that's life.......my faith tells me she is in loving arms...........and all is well with her soul......Keeping her brother and two sisters in my thoughts and prayers for their roots have lost another branch in what we call life on earth..........

This is an old picture of Anne taken in my kitchen and the things that look like bows in her hair are really flowers on the window curtain. We had a lot of memories that go back a lot of years together. Laughed and cried together, were close and at times far apart but always knew we could depend on each other. I miss her so very much. MAY GOD REST HER SOUL.
