I never thought that I would have the pleasure of seeing him again and having a heart-to-heart after I clocked out of work, nor that I would ever find out he died. I've known this young man since middle school, and it hurts my heart to think about what the Dawson family is going through!

I am at lost for words because I remember when he was born and I watched as he became a respectful man and someone I had the pleasure to work with and considered as a friend. He will be truly missed. I will keep the family in my prayers.

Dear Fish,Nona,boys and Aileen...
My heart breaks for all of ya'll! So saddened by Neal's passing on! I have know that boy all his 24 yrs seems like! I know he is resting peacefully in the ARMS of the LORD.
