June 8, 1930 - October 10, 2022
Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina - Edna Ferrell Bullard, 92, passed away on Monday, October 10, 2022 at the Addison of Fuquay-Varina. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 15, 2022, at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, 10005 Lake Wheeler Road, Fuquay-Varina. The family will receive friends and family at 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., one hour prior to the service. Entombment will follow the service at Montlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at other times at 3016 Meadow Bluffs Way, Fuquay-Varina.
She was born in Harnett County on June 8, 1930 to the late, Jasper and Corinna Young Ferrell. She was also predeceased by her husband, Billy J. Bullard; brother, Wray Ferrell; sister, Glenda Ferrell Myatt; and nephew, James A. Myatt, Jr.
Edna graduated from Fuquay-Springs High School as valedictorian of the class of 1948. She also graduated from Hardbarger Business College.
She is survived by her sister, Golda Ferrell Weathers; nephew, Timothy Weathers; and nieces, Pamela Smith (David), Anna Murray (John), and Amy Lewis (Eddie). Also surviving are two great nephews; and five great nieces.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in her honor may be made to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, Debt Retirement Fund.
