Eleanor Sorvari Obituary
Raleigh
Eleanor J. Sorvari died on March 21 at Springmoor Life Care Community at the age of 98. Beloved wife of Arnold, with whom she shared almost 60 years of marriage, who predeceased her in 1997. Mother of John Sorvari and his wife Ann of Boxborough, MA, and Karen C. Sorvari (KC) of Aberdeen, NC. Grandmother of Devon Brand and husband Steven of Venice CA, and Jason Sorvari and wife Christina of Lansdowne, PA. Great-grandmother of Maxwell Sorvari, also of Lansdowne, PA.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew her for her curious mind, her love of good conversation, the arts, and travel, and her abiding love for her family. Services and remembrances will be private.
Special thanks to the staff at Stewart Health Center for all their kindnesses.
