Emma Powell Obituary
Emma Lee Page Powell, 89, of Wilson died Monday. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Joyner's Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Rev. Sherwood Page will officiate.
Survivors include: son, William "Bill" Powell and wife, Peggy of Wilson; three granddaughters, Sarah Jameson Powell, Emma Jane Powell and Hannah Lee Powell, all of Wilson; a grandson, James Lloyd Powell and wife, Melodie of Wilson; great-grandson, William Douglas Powell of Wilson; two sisters, Cleo West of Stantonsburg and Nell Delapp of Lucama.
The family will receive friends from 7 - 9 p.m. Tuesday at Joyner's Funeral Home, 4100 US 264-A West and at other times 1809 Wildwood Court.
