Flossie Adams Obituary

Flossie Mae Jones Adams, 91, passed away on January 19, 2011.She was born on August 15, 1919 to Jacob & Lettie Jones. She worked at Norwich Mills for 13 years, Clayton Primary for 5 years, Jones Café for 7 years. She was a graduate of Cleveland High School. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles W. Adams and two great grandsons, Brandon Spence and Matthew Zukowski. She is survived by children, Charles (Buster) Adams of Selma, Phyllis Feldbusch of Garner, Mary Ruth Benway of MA, Frances Moore of Clayton, Bonnie McCormac of Clayton, Becky Vanier of Clayton, ten grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, brothers, Carl Rose Jones, Milton (Tip) Jones, Marvin Jones, sister, Josephine Parker. The family will receive friends on Friday, January 21, 2011 from 7:00 to 9:00p.m. at McLaurin Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 22, 2011 at 2:00p.m. at Horne Memorial UMC Church. Interment will follow at Four Oaks Cemetery. Condolences may be made to the family at www.mclaurinatpinecrest.com. Arrangements by McLaurin at Pinecrest, Funerals & Cremations, Clayton.

Praise God Ms Flossie has been healded of all health problems and is resting in the arms of Jesus today. She has left behind a loving family and many friends who loved her very much. Though I don't know each of you as well as I do some of you, my thoughts and prayers are with you all. Love Renee' Waters
