When I was a kid. Me and Frankie played like we were brothers. And everyone said we both looked alike. Frankie was and is still my favorite uncle ! I'm sorry for not being there. I didn't find out in time to be there! But I will truly MISS HIM !

I am so sad my uncle Frankie is gone, but he's looking down smiling as to say I'm in heaven now, an no more pain, he is missed, an I've cried but I know he'd. Whip my but if he could've. Lol. My uncle was and always will be my hero, I went to colleage to become a cna2, when all said u can't due to brain damage at birth, he always told me u can do any thing if you try an want it bad enough. That was the kind of man my uncle was, an God has a great Angel. In heaven with him now, so to all still crying stop,he'd tell you to,laugh an joke,an have fun, I plan too, if you want to. Really do something, in his name he'd probably say helpsome, or donate blood or give to orginizans that help cancer,an other things, stuff like that. Or just plant a tree at a fishing hole or any where in his.name, he'd look down from heaven an smile I know.

I grew up across the street from Frankie and also went to church with him as you adults. When he attended Clayton School we would always pick at each other on who went to the better school. May he rest in peace.

We all can think back and remember that one mentor or influence in our lives. Be it a parent, sibling or teacher. I'm beyond proud to say Frankie was mine. We spent much time together doing what he loved, taking care of those in need or hunting. There will only ever be one like him. My life is much richer because I knew him and had the opportunity to call him friend.

I had the honor of working with Frankie at WCEMS. We rode together and took care of many people from all walks of life. Frankie always made people feel better just due to his actions and attitude. Many respected and learned from Frankie.

Vicki, You both have been in my thoughts and prayers for a long time now.
It is hard to lose a loved one but now you know he is not suffering anymore.
As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends. Now you can take comfort in knowing that
you have a special guardian angel to watch over you.

Ms. Vicki, I am so sorry to hear about Frankie. Even though I didn't work directly with him in site, I did work directly with him and loved him. He was a great inspiration to me and others. You both have been in my thoughts and prayers for a long time now, and even though I didn't get to see him or you, you were and are never far from my thoughts. May God grant you the peace that only he can give you. Frankie is free now, laughing and having a great time.

I knew Frankie Bailey but knew his sister, Shelby Jean, more. I am sorry for the family of Frankie. It is always a hard thing to do. To bury a loved one so young is tough on the family. My prayers are with his family. I truly mean this. God Bless you all. Lou Millard-Higley

Vicki and family,
Frankie will be greatly missed. I had the privilege to work with Frankie for 11 years. He taught all of us so much about enjoying every moment of everyday and making the most of each day. One the the greatest things he taught was a Christian was not in talk, but action, he really loved and
cared about people. It has been a real
honor to work with our friend. We love you always, Frankie Bailey rest in peace until we see you again.

Mrs. Bailey,
In 30 years of practicing radiation oncology I have never met anybody who was more universally loved by the staff than Frankie was. Despite tremendous adversity he came in everyday with a smile on his face and kind words and hugs for the entire staff. He was the eternal optimist. We can all learn so much from Frankie's attitude, outlook and disposition. My staff and I are all heartbroken. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him and loved him. On behalf of the entire staff at Clayton Radiation Oncology please accept my most sincere condolences. Doug Fein

Good hunting, my friend. May your aim be true and your fishing rod be always baited. You taught me never to have my back to the door at a scene, how to start an IV in a finger and how good the burgers and friendship were at the Your House restaurant when EMS units had time for a 2 a.m. breakfast on a sultry Saturday morning. You will be remembered by the community you helped to forge. You are Legend.

Another EMS icon has departed this realm and moved on to the next. I have such very fond memories of Frankie from my early EMS years at Garner EMS/Rescue. He helped train me, mentored and guided me, and most of all, HE MADE ME LAUGH!
His zany sense of humor lightened many a busy night and made the seemingly intolerable more tolerable.
Frankie, you impacted many, many lives during your career and it was a job very well done.
Rest in sweet peace in the arms of your Lord and Savior! Until we meet again.....
