Hugh Everett Obituary
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 3, 2004 at the Scotland Neck United Methodist Church. Interment will follow at Sunnyside Cemetery in Scotland Neck. The Reverend Chuck Plowman will be presiding.
Hugh was a loving husband and a devoted dad and granddad. He was a member of Scotland Neck United Methodist Church, an avid hunter, and a member of Gatlin Huntng Club.
Hugh is survived by his wife of 53 years, Grace Vick Everett of the home; daughter, Faith Everett Cone of Middlesex; son, Roger Everett and wife Barbara of Tarboro; sisters, Grace Hackney of Colonial Heights, VA and Doris Duffy of Jacksonville; brother, Alton Everett of Tarboro; four grandchildren, Channing Everett, Brian Everett, Brandy Everett, and Brianna Cone; and very special brothers and sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Monday, February 2, 2004 at Letchworth Funeral Home in Scotland Neck.
Arrangements are being handled by Letchworth Funeral Home in Scotland Neck.
