Irene Hillman Obituary

Irene E. Hillman, 88, of Apex, died on Friday, July 31, 2009. She was born January 6, 1921 in New York City. She was married to the late Wilfred for 63 years in New Jersey where she spent most of her life. She volunteered many hours in sewing for the armed services, hospital, and elderly. Also, her family was the passion of her life. Irene is survived by her two sons and wives, Ronald and Joanne from Langhorne, PA; Richard and Betty from Apex, NC; and four grandchildren, Renee, Nicole, Michelle, and Christine. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 12th in New Jersey. Donations in her memory may be sent to Apex United Methodist Church, 100 S. Hughes St., Apex, NC 27502.
