Katie Macon Obituary
A funeral service will be held3 p.m. Sunday, February 19, 2006 in the chapel of Apex Funeral Home, 550 W. Williams St. (Hwy 55), Apex. Burial will follow in Montlawn Memorial Park, Raleigh.
Mrs. Macon is survived by her sons, Paul N. Macon and wife, Cheryl of Cary, Howard E. Macon of Newport, NC, Melvin E. Macon of Cary, Phillip R. Macon and wife, Sylvia of Raleigh; sister, Lola Goss of Rome GA; brothers, John Sadler of San Francisco, CA, Clyde Sadler of Rome, GA; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Macon is preceded in death by her brothers, J. W. Sadler, Curtis Sadler and Wallace Sadler.
The family will receive friends from 1-3 p.m. Sunday, February 19, 2006 at Apex Funeral Home.
Flowers are welcome, and those considering memorial contributions may make them to: Apex Baptist Building Fund, 110 S. Salem St, Apex, NC 27502.
Mrs. Macon's family wishes to express their deepest appreciation to the staff of Rex Nursing Care of Apex for the care given to their mother.
